Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Property Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in site acquisition, property development, or retail expansion.
Strong analytical skills in site evaluation and basic understanding of property conditions.
Ability to read simple floor plans, site maps, or measure spaces accurately.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and reporting skills.
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple site projects simultaneously.
Willing to travel extensively for site visits and assessments.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
Knowledge of retail industry trends and property regulations is an advantage.
Job Description
Conduct site scouting activities to identify strategic locations for new store openings.
Evaluate the feasibility of potential locations based on foot traffic, competition analysis, market demographics, visibility, etc.
Inspect the physical condition of buildings or land, and assess their suitability for business operations.
Measure and document the actual building or land area to validate against official documents.
Analyze lease terms, rental costs, and other financial considerations associated with the location.
Prepare comprehensive site visit reports, including photographs, measurements, and evaluation notes.
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., project, finance, legal) to ensure new locations meet operational and financial requirements.
Communicate preliminary terms with property owners or agents.
Monitor real estate market trends to anticipate new opportunities.
