HR Generalist

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Finance or a related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR Generalist, preferably in a retail company 
  • Good knowledge of labor law, compensation & benefit, and HR operational processes.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and familiar with HRIS Talenta
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive attitude
  • Able to handle confidential information with integrity

Job Description

  • Handle employee data management, including personnel files, employment contracts, and HRIS (Human Resource Information System) updates.
  • Administer employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and contract renewals.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors related to HR services (e.g., BPJS, insurance providers, government institutions).
  • Responsible for end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement
  • Perform calculation and reporting of employee income tax (PPh 21) in compliance with government regulations
  • Handle BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan calculations and reporting, ensuring timely submission and accuracy
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and administrative matters.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation and filing of all HR-related records.
  • Monitor HR service metrics and assist in improving HR operational efficiency.
