General Affair Officer

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in General Affair, Office Management, or Facility Coordination (retail/FMCG preferred).
  • Experience in supervising operational support staff (Office Boy, Driver, etc.).
  • Good understanding of local government licensing processes and basic legal compliance.
  • Proficiency in asset tracking and inventory management systems.
  • Strong budgeting and cost-control skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle urgent operational issues.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and facility management software/tools.
  • Able to drive both a car and motorcycle will be an advantage.

Job Description

  • Manage smooth day-to-day operations, ensuring all facilities are fully functional, clean, safe, and compliant with regulations.
  • Supervise Office Boys, Drivers, Monitoring Staff to ensure smooth daily operational support.
  • Manage vendors and service providers.
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements for employees including flights, hotels, transportation, and necessary travel documentation.
  • Track and manage company assets across all locations and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Handle operational licenses, permits, and compliance documentation.
  • Manage internal GA administrative processes including budget tracking, invoice processing, reporting, documentation.
  • Support special projects such as office relocation, renovation, etc
