Event Associate

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in event/activation roles.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Able to work both independently and in a team; willing to work flexible hours during events.
  • A good sense of visual aesthetics and interest in fashion or lifestyle industries is a strong plus.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office and other event management tools.
  • Willing to travel or be mobile for venue visits, vendor meetings, and on-site event support.

Bonus points if you

  • Have a portfolio of past events or project documentation.
  • Are familiar with the eyewear, fashion, or consumer lifestyle space.
  • Have experience handling sponsorships and brand partnerships.

Job Description

  • Assist in the planning and execution of both offline and online events (exhibitions, pop-up stores, product launches and activations, store opening, etc.).
  • Prepare event proposals, run-downs, and coordinate all logistical needs.
  • Communicate with vendors, venues, sponsors, and third-party collaborators.
  • Prepare post-event reports, including visitor feedback and performance data.
  • Act as a brand representative during events, ensuring a positive brand experience.
  • Support the production of promotional materials for events (merchandise, signage, decorations, etc.).
  • Handle administrative tasks related to event preparation (purchasing, permits, documentation, checklists, etc.).
