Minimum have 3 years experience in Area Supervisor or related (retail industry is an advantage)

Job Description
Make plans to increase sales in the area to optimize sales revenue
Supervise and ensure daily operations in several stores run according to company SOP
Analyze outlet sales, operations and create daily / monthly / annual sales reports for planning and review purposes
Direct, manage and evaluate product availability
Ensure all stores in the area are at a good level of quality, neatness, and service according to standards
Monitor and control the efficiency of store operations every day; including sales performance & strategy, inventory management, workforce and promotion and customer service
Making improvement efforts aimed at increasing store work productivity in the area
Maintaining relationships, communicating and negotiating with all area partners
Implementing changes, improvements required by management and coordinating to implement business strategies for all area stores
